Very friendly and clean coming into my home was very thorough about what the issue was and what may need to be done for it in detail. A handful of days ago, Mr. Rooter came out to my house for a backed up tub. The technician that came out was able to fix the issue very quickly. My technician was Sean F. He was professional, quick, courteous, and was awesome at explaining the issue, and gave me tips on how to further potentially prevent issues in the future. I will highly recommend Mr. Rooter to friends and family from here on out.

On 12-31-24 I called Mr. Rooter and they got me appt for the same day! Sean F. was my tech. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I had alot of water in my basement which I thought was from a clogged basement drain, which it was not my issue.. I had roots in my main line.. Soon as Sean unclogged my main pipes, all the water ran the drain! I was very happy with their service... The only problem I had was the company gave me a 1pm appt, but they did not get to my house until after 3pm. That's how they schedule their appointments.. I still give give them a 10!

These guys came out the evening we called and ran a sewer auger for me at about what it would have cost me to rent one and run it myself.

Had blockage in the kitchen sink and Cody came out with his camera, found the blockage and pushed the blockage right out. Took a bit but he got the job done!
