The team that came to my home to address the septic issue were prompt and professional. They put a lot of effort in identifying the issue and then coming up with the best solution. They explained the process as they worked on my septic. Hopefully I don’t have another issue but if I do, I know exactly who to call.

Mike Lindsey and Jacob Costa were the wonderful technicians who came to my house today. They arrived when they said they would. Both technicians were incredibly polite and respectful. They were very thorough in their inspection and then explained everything very clearly to me. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. I am so happy I used this company. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Rooter.

Mr Rooter was very responsive to our plumbing emergency. They came within an hour of calling late at night. They were back the next morning with the parts to fix our issue. I highly recommend to anyone that needs plumbing work. The cost of the repair was very fair for the labor and parts that went into fixing our issue.

Mr Rooter was a great company to work with every step of the way! We had an emergency plumbing issue and Mr Rooter was the first company we called, unfortunately they didn’t have any technicians available that evening and would call us with the first availability. We called another company that was able to come out right away. While that company was here, we got a call from Mr Rooter saying they had an a technician that could come out in the morning.. unfortunately we said we didn’t need it since we had a plumber in the house working on the problem! The woman calling from Mr Rooter was very kind and happy we found someone. After four hours, the plumber that was here told us he couldn’t fix the problem, only charged for two hours and then recommended we call Mr Rooter or another big company. 😳 In the morning I called Mr Rooter again and they said they would call us as soon as a technician was available. I figured we would have to wait all day! The office called within a couple of hours and said there was a technician 10 mins away and was on his way! He showed up, did his thing and was very courteous and friendly. He knew what he was doing and was very efficient! The next time we need a plumber we will definitely call Mr Rooter again! They were worth the wait!
