Billy Bauer was very thorough in his explanation and completion of what needed to be done.
Billy showed up promptly a t9:00. Checked out tge problem, gave me 3 options and started work right away. he was friendly and knowledgable. Solved our problem and ckeaned up afterward. Thank you Billy!

Want to give a big shout out to Dodge Seay at Mr. Rooter. We had a bit of a crisis with a clogged drainpipe causing backups into the toilets and showers. He was out the same morning, made a full assessment of the issue, including the lack of a clean-out. He installed a clean-out, cabled the drain identifying the clog and clearing out the cause. As I was scheduled to go out of town the next day, his timely, efficient and effective service was a god-send. Mr. Rooter has always served me well and will continue to be my go-to service for plumbing needs.

Called for a slow draining sink. Dodge came out within a few hours and had my sink back to better than before it started draining slow. Great customer service!

Wow! Been dealing with 2 different plumbing issues for about a year. Cameron shows up same day i call and fixes both of these long term issues i had! On top of that it only took about an hour/hour and half! Now i can finally wash my clothes and even use the bathroom sink. It’s weird the things you take for granted. Thank you Mr Rooter!
