I have used Roto-Rooter in Panama City before. I called them because they were prompt and did what they said they were going to do at a fair price. And today went the same way. The technician knew what he was doing and fix the problem straight away. He did Have an equipment issue, but contacted the office and was brought a replacement piece of equipment as quickly as could be expected. I would definitely call Roto router again.

Billy Bauer was the technician who installed a new toilet. The job was originally supposed to be a repair on an existing toilet, but when I surprised him with a new toilet install instead of the previously scheduled service, he completed the work with a great attitude and total professionalism. Billy provided great customer service, expertise, and value for the cost. Will definitely call Mr. Rooter in the future for any plumbing issues.

We live in a condo and late Saturday night are sink mysteriously started backing up! Called another plumber who wanted $600 just to come out because it was the weekend. Mr rooter does not charge a weekend up fee and came out almost immediately. Solomon was fantastic! He worked on the issue and didn't leave until after 10p. Most grateful for their service.
