The service was timely and efficient. Very friendly staff that communicated great, explained the process and issues, and were professional. Love that they text you their status and send a picture of the staff coming for the repair. Excellent, highly recommend.

I had major plumbing leaks and had to shut the water off. They sent Richard and he found the problem. He explained everything in detail very professional. He temporarily did some repairs so we could have water. Coming back to finish the rest of the work. Everything done in a professional manner.

Everyone From Mr Rooter of Oneida was professional & knowledgeable. We called to get our drain from the house to the septic tank snaked. Dakota snaked the line & got the water flowing but felt there was something else going on. He was 100% right. The septic line collapsed due to the wrong type of pipe being used when we had the septic installed 25 years ago. Dakota called the home office & they authorized to fix the line. Dakota & Nick fixed the septic line with the correct pipe & brought it up to code. I will reccomend Mr Rooter of Oneida every time!
