Great service by Izzy! Diagnosed the issue and got my hot water back within an hour.

Could not have had a better experience with Mr. Rooter! I called because I had a stopped up garbage disposal. I was shocked when they said that they could have someone out within the hour. The plumber, Izzy, was communicative and friendly. He was clear about pricing. He fixed the disposal and didn't try to cut straight to replacement. I felt valued as a customer and felt that pricing was reasonable. I definitely recommend this company!

Izzy and his partner completed a complicated repair that required getting MUD involved, and let us know all the possibilities of what issues could come up and cost estimates up front. He is very knowledgeable and a courteous person to work with! Thanks for the help!

Called Mr Rooter to have my sewer line cleared of tree roots and was informed there was a break in my sewer line and it was suggested that a new line be installed. I’ve trusted Mr Rooter in the past and chose them to replace it. Very happy with their workman and would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I have been a long time customer of Mr. Rooter Plumbing and they did it again today! Fast, responsive and straightforward service. Ray provided an excellent review of my situation and as always very polite and excellent communication skills from everyone on their team.

Immediate arrival in the morning after an evening call. Izzy was timely, took off his shoes, explained his work, and friendly. Very worth the expense! I’ll call them again and they should be your first call when a plumber is needed!

We had a kitchen sink that had been draining slowly for a long time and finally became plugged. We called Mr. Rooter and Ron came out within 30 minutes and had the sink unclogged in 20 minutes. Watching the water drain down the sink was a beautiful sight. He then proceeded to do a camera inspection and hydro jetting of the tile line to the sewer and took care of some tree roots. In addition, he diagnosed a wet spot in the drywall in the garage below the bathroom and discovered some damaged insulation and drywall from a previous toilet leak. He was quick, professional, thorough & friendly. The price was reasonable. We are very happy with the service.

Very happy I called Mr. Rooter! Amazing customer service the whole time. Izzy and Aaron ended up doing a ton of work thanks to my older 1960s home, but they stuck to their word/qoute, had quality workmanship, and backed the work they did 100% Even met the owner/master plumber who made sure they got everything done in one day (as discussed).
