Great service.Left a message late on Sunday night and they got back to me right away Monday morning. Set up an appointment and showed up early. Jake was efficient, thorough, quick and so easy to work with. I will definitely use them again!

Mr. Rooter was a great help to us trying to fix a problem with a back yard faucet. Chuck was a great help in explaining the issue and giving us a few different options to fix it. We elected to have the old faucet removed and to install a new one. The installation went very smooth even with the overexcitement of a few pets. We will def save the name so that we can continue to use your services in the future!

Many of my issues weren't so straightforward. He educated me on how I can address them and we have a plan of attack on how track down another issue. Frantic call to Amy at Mr. Rooter. She tried to get someone out the afternoon I called, that didn’t work out, but she kept me updated on all that was going on. Assured me that the plumber would be at my place first thing in the morning. She updated me with the arrival of Jake and he went about fixing everything as it should be.
