Through out the years, Mr. Rooter has fixed many different plumbing issues (both major and minor) for us. One reason I’ve continued to do business with Mr. Rooter is the professionalism and great customer service. Employees work with integrity and do a great job. I highly recommend this company.

We live in a house with constant plumbing issues. Mr. Rooter OKC was recommended by another plumber that we had called that couldn't make it out. We've never looked back. They are very helpful and affordable. We've used them multiple times, and I've always been completely satisfied with their services. They are upfront and honest about problems/pricing and have been very kind about not charging us when they came out and could not fix the issue (we needed to contact a leak detection company before they could fix the issue). I will continue to use them as long as needed. They really are great. Called in a panic this morning and the office was so helpful. They had Aaron come out. He arrived super fast and was courteous, knowledgeable and super helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue and our business was able to remain open! It was super appreciated!

Where did you all find Mike Nelson? He’s everything!! He was very courteous and knowledgeable! Not only did he go above and beyond to help with our plumbing needs but he was very attentive and walked us through everything he was doing. Not to mention it’s Saturday and I was able to get attended to in less than an hour after the call! It’s hard to find people of his kind especially now days. I had a unique crawl space leak and had to wait for an available plumber but it was 100% worth the wait. Great service with reasonable pricing. I had thought all they did were unclog lines (also used them for this service before, rapid quality service at a reasonable price). I was glad to hear they work on all plumbing issues. Had issues this morning with our septic line, called around to a couple of places that we’re trying to over charge for snaking a septic line or said they had no availability till tomorrow. Called Mr. Rooter, was given a reasonable quote and said it would be a couple hours before they could get someone out. Well, right around the time they quoted I got a call from Kerry saying he was on his way. He got here, asked us what was going on and then got to work fixing the problem. He was super friendly and answered all of our questions. Definitely recommend them for your plumbing issues, I know after today we have their number saved in our phones. Service: Sewer cleaning

When Terry came out, after a really trying morning in Amber, OK, he took time to look things over, to listen to me tell him about the problem, and then explained to me the usual course of action to clear the clog in the drain. After we had talked a few minutes, he said he would try something right quick, and if that would not fix the problem, he would be out the next day and get the problem taken care of. When Terry brought in his tools and went to work, he had the drain cleared in less than 30 minutes. Was in panic mode as my sewer was suddenly backing up and overflowing! Contacted several plumbing companies that were not available that day or wanted to charge an extremely high rate to meet their advertised “24 hour service.” My daughter recommended Mr. Rooter OKC based on a previous experience. Contacted them and they guaranteed someone would be out that day. They quoted me a price over the phone that was very reasonable. Graham showed up and immediately went to work. He was professional, efficient, thorough and nice. Within a short amount of time he had eliminated the problem. I will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs. Service: Sewer repair
