I got plumbing done by Adam & Sunti on Christmas Eve! They were very prompt & professional, very smooth & pleasant experience. Their business high review is solid! Adam first came to fix a leaky shower faucet. Easy booking the appointment online, & there was an open slot an hour later. He CC brought the parts needed for the shower head based on my description. But the faucet was over 20 years old, so it actually needed to replace the pipes in the wall. He explained well what the work involved, & that drywall was not, which is not their expertise. He list out the cost breakdown, & the down payment, etc. He came back first thing next morning on Christmas Eve, & brought Sunti so he can make sure to finish the job by 1pm, which they finished about 12:30pm. The new shiny copper pipe, & he even install the new knob & plate, which I expected to just keep the old parts, looks much better with the new 😀 Now I don’t have to worry about the problem on Christmas, very appreciative of Adam’s thoughtfulness bringing Sunti, the prompt service. Highly recommended!

I had a slow draining sink that the washing machine drains into. While it still drains, the water started to overflow one day. My aunt had referred me to Mr. Rooter so I thought I give them a try. Mr. Rooter was able to send a plumber out within two hours after my call. Urial came out and explained what he would do first and explained the fees prior to starting which I appreciate compared to another plumbing company I used several times in the past where the fees were disclosed after completion of work. The cover was also discovered to be damaged and leaked which also had to be replaced, but I was made aware of the additional fees. Urial was professional and patient. The lint ball with hair was extracted and new cover applied. I would use Mr. Rooter again.

Ask for Adam. He is a great plumber. He is patient, is articulate about options and processes, which will help you make the right decision for your project.

We had to test and bring our lateral sewer up to Ebmud code. Jimmy was fantastic!! Alfredo ,orlan , sunti were super considerate and got the job done. They also cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Overall we were really very impressed with how professionally and quickly this whole process was completed. Highly recommend these guys.

Adam was on time, respectful of the property and thoughtful in troubleshooting the issue. Hopefully the issue doesn’t come up again but it’s nice to know I can rely on folks like Adam.

Our sewer backed up into the shower (yuck) and we desperately needed a plumber in the evening. Uriel saved the day! He came within a few hours and got the job done. Mr Rooter helped us out quickly and professionally when we had an urgent leak. They did a great job and we are very grateful. They went above and beyond. They even found and threw in a couple small repairs that were less apparent. Sometimes you have a leave a message- but they call or text back immediately.

Efficient and straightforward. Reliable. The plumber they sent Adam was really great - knowledgeable, thorough, and very friendly and professional. They give free estimates. I was in a position that I needed to just get it done so I succumbed to the extremely expensive charge - at least double of what I would paid had I taken the time to find an independent plumber, which I ultimately did for another similar fix. If you are ok with the high price point, great. But it is prohibitively expensive for me.

I believe this is the right Rooter plumbing office. My name is Jess Ayala, we called this company this morning because we had a major issue in our home. They were there in an hour. They sent a technician named Carlos, who was super professional very proficient and explained everything to me that I understood. Being a former Tradesmen myself , He did exactly what he was supposed to do. I give him a 10 out of five. He killed it. I would use the service again for any service I need.
