The technician Alejandro was very thorough and explained the entire process, before and after the work was performed. The payment process was also very convenient. The receptionist/dispatcher I spoke to was also very helpful and professional. It was an all-around positive experience. Adam Wright was our plumber for our last two visits and he did a wonderful job, and explained all the work to us clearly. In order to expedite work on our leak, Mr Pham came to start the work while Mr Wright was en route. We appreciated the extra care.

Excellent job replacing sump pump after hours during holidays! Prompt response, reasonable price, diligence in sticking to the job and resolving complications. Finished after dark but completed and cleaned up everything afterward. The plumber did so well we called them for another job which he also did well for a fair price. These guys are now our go-to for plumbing.

Excellent service from Mr. Rooter plumbing. Our technician was Carlos Sanchez and he was punctual and very professional. We needed to install an earthquake automatic shut off valve on our gaz line. The job was done well and we are very happy.

I got plumbing done by Adam & Sunti on Christmas Eve! They were very prompt & professional, very smooth & pleasant experience. Their business high review is solid! Adam first came to fix a leaky shower faucet. Easy booking the appointment online, & there was an open slot an hour later. He CC brought the parts needed for the shower head based on my description. But the faucet was over 20 years old, so it actually needed to replace the pipes in the wall. He explained well what the work involved, & that drywall was not, which is not their expertise. He list out the cost breakdown, & the down payment, etc. He came back first thing next morning on Christmas Eve, & brought Sunti so he can make sure to finish the job by 1pm, which they finished about 12:30pm. The new shiny copper pipe, & he even install the new knob & plate, which I expected to just keep the old parts, looks much better with the new 😀 Now I don’t have to worry about the problem on Christmas, very appreciative of Adam’s thoughtfulness bringing Sunti, the prompt service. Highly recommended!

I had a slow draining sink that the washing machine drains into. While it still drains, the water started to overflow one day. My aunt had referred me to Mr. Rooter so I thought I give them a try. Mr. Rooter was able to send a plumber out within two hours after my call. Urial came out and explained what he would do first and explained the fees prior to starting which I appreciate compared to another plumbing company I used several times in the past where the fees were disclosed after completion of work. The cover was also discovered to be damaged and leaked which also had to be replaced, but I was made aware of the additional fees. Urial was professional and patient. The lint ball with hair was extracted and new cover applied. I would use Mr. Rooter again.

Ask for Adam. He is a great plumber. He is patient, is articulate about options and processes, which will help you make the right decision for your project.

We had to test and bring our lateral sewer up to Ebmud code. Jimmy was fantastic!! Alfredo ,orlan , sunti were super considerate and got the job done. They also cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Overall we were really very impressed with how professionally and quickly this whole process was completed. Highly recommend these guys.
