Alfredo Macias helped us out when we were really in a pinch. He was prompt, efficient, friendly, and he even made me smile and laugh as I battled a sewage explosion in my kids bathroom. I hope my kids figure out how to stop blocking the main line, but if they don’t, I’ll be glad to have Alfredo back!

Mr. Rooter does great work. Today, Alex reminded me of why I've been working with Mr. Rooter/Oakland-Berkeley for years. On time, efficient work, known budget, super pleasant to work with, what's not to love? There was even a little above and beyond today. Plus, on this project, I'd made a rather stupid assumption, and he managed to correct it without embarrassment. Oh, and they're really skilled at plumbing too! ;^) I can recommend.

I contacted Mr. Rooter for help with a leak. They answered the phone immediately and scheduled a plumber for the following day. Carlos S. arrived within the firsts 30 minutes of the 2 hour window. He was extremely polite and professional. The leak was identified and fixed within an hour. It was a 5 star experience all around. Mr. Rooter will always be my first call for all my plumbing needs from now on.

We just called Mr. Rooter Plumbing to help with a drain clogged by roots in our atrium. We had tried someone else first - and before I started ripping out the atrium I wanted a second opinion. Alan and Jimmy of Mr. Rooter Plumbing came over and were able to clear the drain! It was such a relief with all the rains coming. They were nice, effective, clean and really professional.
