Excellent service! Jerson Lopez provided me an estimate on Friday afternoon and was able to return the following day to completed the install. He was very detailed! There was a small issue and he was determined to get it solved before the day was over!

When my family’s hot water heater suddenly STOPPED working I knew it was not going to be A cheap or painless job, I k ew A headache was coming. We called Mr. Rooter of northern Virgina and they sent out Willie Lopez with another plumber. Both were friendly and listened to my concerns and worked with us to get the job done fast and as painless as they could. It was even cheaper than some of the other big names we called! I will definitely call them again for plumbing problems. And I highly recommend Willie and Mr rooter plumbing to anyone with plumbing problems! Oh…. Ryan came out and quickly fixed a leak in my house. It was a difficult fix with a few complications due to the nature of my house, but he did a creative and solid fix while showing me what he was doing. I've been recommending him to everyone in the area.
