Tech came on time, told me what the job would entail and went to work. He was respectful and did a good job. This is Mr. Rooter’s 2nd job at my home and I intend to keep using them.

Excellent service! Jerson Lopez provided me an estimate on Friday afternoon and was able to return the following day to completed the install. He was very detailed! There was a small issue and he was determined to get it solved before the day was over!

When my family’s hot water heater suddenly STOPPED working I knew it was not going to be A cheap or painless job, I k ew A headache was coming. We called Mr. Rooter of northern Virgina and they sent out Willie Lopez with another plumber. Both were friendly and listened to my concerns and worked with us to get the job done fast and as painless as they could. It was even cheaper than some of the other big names we called! I will definitely call them again for plumbing problems. And I highly recommend Willie and Mr rooter plumbing to anyone with plumbing problems! Oh….
