Michelle was great and got my place on schedule very quickly both times I needed help, once with kitchen sink and another with gutter pipes. She was very helpful, she sent Brent out both times and he is very knowledgeable and willing to give you options to solve issues. Love the honesty of them both and had great experiences. Everyone was very professional, quick to respond, and effectively cleaned the main sewage line. Very courteous and kind from initial phone call to technician responding.

Guy that showed up figured out next step and took care of problem. It was a Sunday and kids always have bad timing to plug drains.

I had a sewer line connector crack and spilled gravel into the sewer pipe. The resulting backup flooded the bathroom and overflowed into the bath tub. The connection was next to gate pillars and deep cyclone fence corner posts, in addition to being next to power lines and underground gas lines. I contacted several local plumbers but they said they did not have the heavy equipment to do the job. I have used Mr. Rooter before, they are not cheap, but they are fair and do good work. They had to cut a large section of concrete driveway, dig down five feet to reach the broken connection. They replaced the connections and corrected the line to meet new codes. They finished in about 5 hours and cleaned up everything, hauling off the contaminated soil and rocks, replacing with new clean gravel. The ordeal was costly but now I can rest easy knowing the issues have been resolved and the work completed correctly. Thank you Mr. Rooter for your time and hard work.
