Hard major drain pipes issues in basement they were original. Not a good seen, pipe safety insurance does not cover. Mr. Rooter Rooter came nit once but 2 times. Helped with clogged pipe and then gave me an estimate on replacing the pipes. Was told from various plumbers it was a big job and the cost $$ would be high! Johnny Teichmann you rock thank u again. Was in a serious pickle with a clogged septic drain pipe after being taken advantage of and let down by another local company. I called Mr. Rooter in a panic and they were able to schedule a service technician out just a few hours after my call. This was surprising for them to accommodate my needs even though I was not an existing customer of theirs. Lou came out right on schedule. Not only was he prompt and professional but extremely knowledgeable and thorough. At no point did I feel that he didn’t posses the skills or pride to perform what needed to be done. He was personable, relatable and showed genuine interest in resolving my issue explaining all of my options and educating me during the process. The cost of the job was more than half the price that I had paid just weeks before from one of their competitors. Mr. Rooter has earned my business for all of my plumbing needs. I am impressed by their work ethic and grateful for their service.

I am completely satisfied with the work performed by Vinny and his team, especially Rich and Alex. They are extremely professional and exactly understand the root cause of the problem and performed the solution to my complete satisfaction, in addition the city officials, inspectors were present on the scene and mentioned the work is perfect.
