New Braunfels Plumbing Reviews

Assuming installing a bidet seat was a simple job (maybe for others it is) we went on YouTube for instructions. Everything was going just fine until we tried to add a T- connector to the incoming water point(as instructed), then all hell broke loose…. Water was gushing out everywhere (even though we had turned off the shut off valve). Panic set in very quickly. It was just before 5pm when we called Mr Rooter - Josh answered and got to our home 20 mins or so later. He stopped the flow of water that was wreaking havoc in our master bathroom and installed the bidet seat the right way for us. Moral of the story: hire a professional! There’s a reason it takes years to become certified. Josh, thanks again for coming out so late. You’re a true professional and a gentleman.
