Chris is amazing. Installed our septic system when original contractor wasn't able to. He stepped right in an didn't miss a beat. He was solution-oriented, flexible, and listened to us and our needs. He worked with the County to get them to agree to an innovative solution for our leach field (we have a tight lot). Installation of all our plumbing (this was a major remodel of entire house) was flawless. If a part was missing or not right, he didn't complain, found a solution and got it done. We were getting ready to sell our house. Mr Rooter had done a jetting on the leach field that he was able to access. We had another company that looked at the tank. I had a couple questions on the work Mr Rooter had done. The rental agency got ahold of them and he gave me a call within a day. I ask him the questions and he was very truthful in his answers. I ask him if he could come out to the house to show me what he had done. When we met I felt comfortable dealing with him and I contacted him a couple more times and he went out of his way to help.
