We used Mr. Rooter for a recent issue with our well. They come out quickly, assessed the issue, and made recommendation for fixing the problem. They gave us a few different options and answered all of our questions. We ended up getting a new well dug, along with a new pump and new tank. The person they sent to work with us had a ton of experience working with wells! They kept in great communication with us through all steps of the process and were very kind! They even called a week afterwards to check to make sure everything was still working correctly and to make sure there had been no further issues. I highly recommend them!!!

I watched a quick video on YouTube that told me how to fix my water tank. I never should’ve listened to what I thought I was learning. I screwed up and put too much pressure in my water tank and busted the waterlines behind the freezers for the icemaker and caused the pump to overwork itself, burning out a wire .The Technician who came to our house immediately found the problem and told my wife to advise me not to mess with the air pressure in the tank anymore. The technician then shut off the water going to our icemaker in our freezer which we never use so that it would stop leaking , and rerouted the power from our water tank directly to the wall since the wire to the breaker had burned out not only was the job very affordable but the information and the work done was completely satisfactory. My wife and I couldn’t be more happy with the service as well as the technician who performed the work .
