Very professional!!

I called Mr. Rooter plumbing to get a clogged pipe fixed this morning. They were able to come out same day within a few hours. I was so happy. Keith was my guy, he was wonderful. Explained what was happening let me know what was going on and was prompt with estimates and getting the job done. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience and great customer service! Max was very knowledgeable and was in and out in about an hour! Not only did he fix the issue I booked the appointment for, but he made the system under my kitchen sink more reliable and functional! Will definitely call again for any later issues.

Great work! Had a leak in one of our bathroom walls. They replaced some parts being very fast, professional and super friendly.

First time using Mr. Rooter and will not be the last! You never ACTUALLY want to have to call a plumber but unfortunately we did have to and so glad we called Mr. Rooter! Mike and Ethan did great work they did a whole home assessment and found some other things that could become problematic in the future! They gave us multiple different options with different things added or not and there was NEVER any pressure to feel like we had to do more then needed or could afford. They fixed up our shower AND installed a brand new toilet for us and we couldn't be happier with the results! Definitely will be calling them again and will be telling all my friends! So kind and great customer service all around!

I’d recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone. I called for service and they were able to get someone to my house within 45 minutes. After diagnosing the problem, they had multiple options for fixing my clogged drain. The tech was professional and worked quickly and efficiently. I’d call them again if I need plumbing service. Thanks to the team.

Jack came over to our flooded basement (UNDERSTATEMENT) home in a moment of a multi-crisis only my wife, 2 pugs, and myself could realize. I actually missed his original phone call stating he was 15 min away bc I was on a call for work so foolishly dismissed the call, despite not having been able to shower or use any other things that one would use in a home that has to do with water…. I called the # back once I realized who I disregarded! And he was extended kind and said he’d check his schedule if he could and maybe be back, but might not be till tomorrow :( I thanked him so much for even that compassion he showed. He showed up within 15 to our home and (not sure what skill level of plumber he is/was), however, while I worked upstairs in the attic with a face mask on, my courageous wife and him braved down to the abhorrent smelling, flooded, foul basement and he fixed the problem in about 1.25 minutes. I just want the owner of Mr. Rooter to somehow see this and see that people like Jack are the kind of people that will make this earth stay revolving around the sun in peace and love. He showed absolutely no disrespect, disgust, judgement and I wish he was our neighbor TBH!
