I had a clogged drain that was too far down in the line for me to reach. They were at my house within an hour of when I called and cleared the line quickly for a good price. Very professional, would highly recommend.

I had an issue with water backing up in the basement shower and toilet. Chris diagnosed the problem as a faulty ejector pump. Chris returned the following day along with Reid to replace the ejector pump. They were professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and respectful. They both exhibited such calm demeanor and showed no signs of annoyance or agitation with my MANY questions. I really appreciated the way they explained each step of the process in easy to understand language. I am beyond pleased with the service. I will be using Mr. Rooter exclusively for all my plumbing needs.
