I called Mr Rooter for a second opinion after another company was unable to clear my drain blockage and suggested a $2500 “next step” as my only path forward. Mr Rooter sent a plumber out the next day. He confirmed the original diagnosis made by the first company; however, instead of leaving me with a work order and stopped up drain - he was persistent and cleared the blockage saving me thousands of dollars! Mr Rooter’s plumber also took the time to educate me about my house’s drain lines and made sure the other appliances in my home were draining properly. Now that the immediate issue is fixed, I can save up and call Mr Rooter back when I’m able to invest in the long-term solution.

we had a mainline back up. technician was very friendly very knowledgeable and explained to me everything that he was doing and gave me advice to keep them from having to come back again. Was not nearly as expensive as I thought it was going to be. Will use again if necessary.
