In the 10 years living here we've used Mr. Rooter a few times due to an issue with our laundry room drain line. It finally gave out and required replacement. Cole and Dalton worked very hard and did an excellent job. They had to cut about 20' of concrete to lay the line. They patched the driveway perfectly. If the company has such a thing I nominate them as Employees of the Month.

They came out quickly, fixed our emergency issue in a hurry, and were very professional and courteous! Yes, I absolutely would recommend them!

He arrived quickly, went right to work, was very knowledgeable and so very kind to me, I would not call any other company. Thank you!

I can’t do nothing but give this company praises upon praises. I had the tell tale sign of a leak somewhere on my property from a high water bill. I checked inside my homes. I could not find a leak in my home. Decided to call Mr. Rooter Plumbing to see if I can resolved this frustration I was feeling from this leak. Crissy was a life saver. She was dedicated and spent countless hours repairing my leak. She explained to me and showed me pictures of the before and after of the leak. Crissy was relentless and didn’t give up when my main line sprung another leak. I’m forever grateful and appreciate her for the hard work and dedication. Mr. Rooter it’s not up to me to encourage but Crissy deserves a raise. Thanks again for such dedicated employee.

I came home on Sunday from being out of town for the July 4th holiday, only to find my hot water heater had gone bad and water was flooding my basement. Called Mr. Rooter right away and got Pam. She was kind and gracious. Timing wasn’t on my side since they only have one tech working on the weekends, but Cole and team arrived a few hours later and thankfully were able to install a new heater. All my questions were answered and by the time they left, I had hot water. Thank you Mr. Rooter for your friendly and experienced staff!

Every time I've used Mr Rooter they've been excellent. Cal and Dalton came out on Friday on pretty short notice. They had some bad news for me about my main sewer line, but I don't hold it against them. They were as kind and helpful as they could be, and got the huge job done on Monday, even working through some really terrible heat and a thunderstorm. I would recommend them to anybody, any time.

Quick and courteous service for my apartment community in Macon. I would definitely recommend Mr. Plumber to anyone needing plumbing services.

They were prompt & professional. My aunt has been without water for 3 mths. Both my husband & I live in NY & she lives in Warner Robins in GA. I had to resort to finding a plumber, not knowing who's good to call. I called 5 different plumbers. One plumber told me he'll stop by & didn't. Another gave us an estimate but we didn't hear from him again. Another big plumbing company gave us an estimate but it was double the other company. I don't know why it was so much more than the other one. The 4th one finally got back to us 3 days later & told us it was too far for him. He said he would have to charge us $100 just to give us an estimate. I was desperate. But I'm so glad Mr. Rooter Plumbing came through for us. I spoke to Kasey & Melanie. They were so friendly & acted quickly to get a plumber out to my aunt. They sent 2 plumbers out that day, gave us a reasonable estimate & the next day both plumbers worked to get the problem fixed. It was a big job on an old house. I'm a New Yorker & I love efficiency. Thanks for a great job!
