They showed up within an hour in about an hour after he was here, he was done and everything was working like it's supposed to great service When Paige left you couldn't even tell he was here. He cleaned up everything. Yes, I would recommend these guys to anyone

Same day service. Amazing. Truck was neat and clean. Technician was neat, clean and well mannered. Work was completed quickly with minimal mess and fuss. Cleaned up work area after done. Clearly explained work completed.

Our drains backed up suddenly and we had a service tech out the next morning. It was determined that the old plumbing had failed due to tree roots. They came out the next day to replace all the old cast iron pipe with PVC. They dug up the old pipe to the septic system and replaced that along with the interior drain as well. Did a great job back filling the trench also. They put in a long day to get the job complete and were very reasonably priced as well. Very pleased.

Top notch. This company was quick, prompt, and responsive through the entire process. We needed our whole house (3+ floors of work) done with new plumbing, and the two lines outside. They were done within their time frame, even with the obstacles that surprised everyone. Mike, Dan, Ralph, and the other gentleman (I'm sorry I didn't get a name!) were very friendly and explained everything in a way we could understand. We couldn't be happier with this whole experience. Us and our very old, outdated home thank them. 😊

I had them scheduled for the 18th but realized I need them to come sooner. Jason was to my house within a hour of my call. He knew exactly what was wrong and had it fixed in an hour. I would highly recommend them. They will be my first call when I have any plumbing issues.. Thank you!

Ralph K was my technician that came to my place late on a Saturday afternoon. He worked very hard and diligently, answered all my questions. The price I thought was very reasonable based on what he had to do. Was great to work with. Highly recommended if you need sewer work done!!

I called about a minor leak in a shutoff valve. They apologized for not being able to respond the same day. Roger Moore did the work. Pleasant, knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself. Very pleased with Mr Rooter.

We had a blockage in our waste line and it began to back up. Called Mr. Rooter on Labor Day. Talked to Jordon and ask if they could get someone the next day? She told me that they could, and first thing in the morning. I revived a text with the techs picture and time, then I received a call from the company confirming this. I absolutely loved that! Dan the tech was on time and very professional! I explained what was wrong and after he put on his shoe covers he came inside and got to work. After showed me the different options I could choose, he got to work. He was very good at what he was doing. He got the line cleaned out and cleaned everything before he left. It was a very pleasant experience. I would use Mr. Rooter again! Definitely give them 5 plus rating!
