My pipe busted and I needed an emergency repair. I called Mr Rooter and Luis was there within 2 hours. The repair alone was a big job but Luis did an amazing job. He was professional and very thorough! He explained to me what needed to be done and when he finished the results were more than I expected. I will definitely be calling back!

We had an excellent experience with Mr Rooter Plumbing of McHenry and will be using them in the future for more updates to our home. The residence in question is a large older lake home with “vintage” plumbing that was further hampered by hard water. Various things had been neglected over the years so I was assuming I was in for a major ordeal. Jerry and Conner came out on a moments notice on a Sunday night after a portion of the ceiling fell down due to a leak from a shower on the second floor. While they were here I told them about the various issues from the house and they quickly provided me with a reasonable estimate to get the emergency addressed as well as make important upgrades to the place. Both were extremely knowledgeable, timely, courteous and professional. They are an awesome team. They came back the next day and surprised me with being able to do all of the additional installations I requested the very next day, far sooner than I had expected given what I needed to get done. I was so impressed that I am now having them update more plumbing fixtures. I’m very grateful for their work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Make them your go-to plumbers!

From the moment I spoke with Phil about my plumbing issues I felt like family. He assured me that one of his crew would be at my house within 11/2 hours. Konnor showed up on time, was friendly and respectful and kept me informed throughout the process. He quoted the price and worked until the issue was resolved. He even brought dog treats with him! Mr. Rooter is the best contractor I may have ever worked with in terms of timeliness, communication, kindness, and work ethic. I called Phil from Mr. Rooter and explained an awful situation that occurred with utility work in my neighborhood (fiber optic contractor). I bounced around with a different plumber for a couple weeks, and Mr. Rooter decided they were going to come to my house and check it out right away. A team was out within 15 minutes, diagnosed the plumbing issue, and asked if I wanted to get the work completed SAME DAY... (on Halloween!). The work involved excavation, permits, city approval, and driveway cutting (also the pipe fix!); Mr. Rooter pulled all of it together same day and got my family and myself back to normal by the evening. Konner, Jerry, and the rest of the team put in a ton of work, all while providing me the documentation and pictures to make sure I am success in documenting the prior incident which occurred. The team working on the fix were very respectful, clean, and overall good people to have a conversation with. This is the best experience we've ever had with a plumber, correction - plumbers! Jerry and Konnor turned our somber and stressful day into a huge relief. My sump pump runs every few minutes. Last week it burnt out. Mr rooter Mchenry was fast at responding as it wouldn’t take long before my basement would flood. The office answered my first call with a real person not a machine. A tech was sent out within an hour with a new pump and was installed in a few minutes. I was amazed how fast and good he was. Jordan was amazing! He came out within an hour of my call of finding out a pipe must have burst within the well. He gave me a reasonable quote but made the entire experience easy and without stress. He was so professional and kind throughout the entire process and made sure to lock my house because I couldn’t be there and texted me updates every two of the way. A water pipe cracked early on a Sunday morning, they had someone to my house within a hour. The person who answered the phone was kind and polite, and Mr. Birchall the plumber was professional and figured out the crazy problem very fast. I would defintly call them again, if I needed a plumber.

On Saturday I had a major plumbing problem, (naturally the weekend) but I called them having used them a couple years ago.. their response was immediate… they found the problem and went to work…they were polite and answered every question..and told me in advance what they were doing and totally up front on the cost .. they cleaned up the mess in the basement and were very prompt to finish the job on Monday as they had to dig in front of the house to put in new pipe.. all that I can say is they nothing short of amazing!!!! Kyle and Andrew came out to my house at 10pm and worked until just after midnight. They are very hard worked gentlemen, and I appreciate that. I ended up needed a much bigger septic repair than I wanted, but I knew that was going to be the case, and gave the work to them. They were professional, nice, and VERY hard working.
