Just had one of my restrooms plug up..I usually take care of issues like this myself but this was the first time I actually had “brown” water come back up into my bathtub. Fearing I had a major clog in my main drain line I called Mr. Rooter for a service call. Mr. Rooter was the only company that would service my area and lady who answered the phone was polite and prompt. She had the technician over to my house the following day at 12 noon. Eric, the technician, was very polite and after agreeing on an estimate he got right to work. Eric had to remove the toilet to get to the clog, and after what seemed like 20 mins he had the clog cleared. Eric also ran a snake through the bathtub to be sure I didn’t have other clogs in the restroom. Eric re installed the toilet, re applied caulk and cleaned up very well. Overall Eric was here for 2 hours and did an amazing job on clearing the clog. The price was reasonable but for the quality of the work and the promptness the price was a bargain. Also Mr. Roto offered a 3 month warranty on the work. Thank you Eric and Mr Rooter for professional service and excellent pricing.

We had a burst pipe late in the evening. Mr Rooter sent Erick to us and he was there in 30 min coming from McAllen to Mission he was there so quickly. Erick was so helpful and friendly answered any and all questions we had. I really hope we never have another plumbing emergency again, but if we do we will be calling Mr Rooter Plumbing and I cross my fingers they send us Erick again!

Right away, they sent a tech to come to my residence for a consult. Christian was the name of my tech. He was professional & very helpful. He explained the process to me and answered all the questions / concerns I had. He fixed the issue pretty fast. He was very helpful and kind. I'd recommend this business to anyone in need of their services. From customer service over the phone to in person, I was very pleased with the overall experience.
