Thomas & Anthony showed up on time... I briefed them about what I knew about our leaking toilet. They explained the mission & the estimated cost... They performed the wax ring swap fast & efficiently. Both of them were polite & professional... They completed the job in a very timely manner... Post job clean-up was done very well... Except for the EXTREMELY high cost, ($444.44) for 1 hr of labor, I would recommend Mr Rooter for plumbing jobs.

Shane Post and Tyler were very friendly and professional. They took their time to explain everything and made sure our sewer line was cleaned .We would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter for your plumbing and drain cleaning needs. We will be having them back to do our new sewer pipes from the basement to the street. Our are burmacoat and after 65 years,they are degrading. Hopefully I can put up another great review after that job is completed. Thank you for coming to our aid. THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE WHEN WE CALLED. OUR BASEMENT IS NOW DRY.

The technician came in the time frame that was promised. The office gave me a courtesy call about 45 minutes before the technician showed up. He was very neat and efficient. Gave me a written quote before he did any work and that is amount the bill was. Will definitely use them again when needed. Very Professional staff.

I had no hot water and Matt and Stephen diagnosed the situation and they found an electrical problem, I called the electrician they recommended and he came within a couple of hours after my call and replaced the circuit breaker. Very impressed with the whole process.

I called Mr. Rooter because I was told they had a camera to see the health of our sewer line since our shower water appeared to be back flowing into the basement through the washer drain pipe. Shawn was at the house within an hour and a half. After listening to our problem, he explained the process he recommended, provided a quote and he was running a camera down our sewer line in no time. Shawn was patient as my husband asked lots of questions and was happy to allow us to watch his progress. Our line had roots growing at every junction and discovered we have three types of pipes along the way. Due to the condition of the line, a section of the pipe had sand within and the pipe next to the mainline has several cracks that could collapse any time. Shawn explained the recommended solution of a perma lining and provided a quote. We agreed with his recommendation as the house is 90 years old and the sewer line was already patched sometime before we bought it 25 years ago. Shawn was an absolute pleasure to work with and Matt, who came later to help with the hydro-jet used to remove the roots in the line, was also very personable. Both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without making us feel like we were bothering them. We highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will have no problem calling them again. We are looking forward to having a healthy sewer line and peace of mind. Thank you Mr. Rooter, Shawn & Matt!
