John was exceptionally courteous of my situation. He was able to quickly find solutions to my requests and he was kind enough to talk through each solution step by step so I knew exactly what would be done. Today turned out to be a smaller job than I thought but if/when I need a plumber again I will definitely being calling Mr Rooter. Thank you!!

I can’t express enough how amazing this coming is. Not only did they some how find someone to come out on Christmas Eve but the technician was at our house for over 4 hours installing a new hot water heater. I HIGHLY recommend. Our go to from now on!
