We have used Tully Kerr (now Mr. Rooter) for over 15 years for minor repairs as well as major work. Employees are kind, helpful, and courteous. Recently, while the employee couldn't get out the same day for a repair issue, he called us after hours to both offer to come out after hours, as well as ensure we had a working bathroom. They were at our house the next morning. Tully has integrity himself, and his company stands behind their repair work. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Mr. Rooter of Lubbock is definitely my first choice when it comes to plumbing services in Lubbock. I had a leak in the plumbing of my fish pond and thankfully I was able to get an appointment super fast. Shawn, Reuben and Blaine were able to identify where the leak was and how to fix it quickly. My water heater warranty required a licensed plumber to install the unit. Placed a call and had Shawn from Mr. Rooter out first thing the next day, he very quickly performed an accurate estimate at less then is common for this job (learned from online research) did an amazing job and worked very quickly. Mr. Rooter will be my first call for any further work on my home. Very good experience.
