We don't often need a plumber, but when we do, Mr. Rooter is at the top of our list. Riko was very helpful and professional while performing the tasks of cleaning out our bathtub drain and checking the main sewer line, with a camera, for any problems regarding past recommendations. There were concerns, a few days later and Mr. Rooter set us up for a check. Scotty was very knowledgeable and diligent about fixing the issue that we were concerned about. Great Job, Mr. Rooter!

We had an older pipe giveaway underground. After calling Mr. Rooter and scheduling emergency plumbing services, Brian was out in no time to extremely professionally and knowledgeably repair the damage. In addition he was kind, courteous, witty and extremely patient with the owner of the property who was very nervous about the procedure. Mr. Sondergaard was extremely helpful and professional. He was very knowledgeable about plumbing. He fixed my drain issue and installed my new toilet in under 3 hours at a reasonable charge. He even checked my water heater, water pressure, and shutoff valves to ensure they were all in working order.
