Jim and Alex were excellent. I couldn’t have asked for more complete and thorough service. My line was very clogged and instead of giving up and waiting to different equipment they kept at it and saved me a good deal of money. So appreciative

The fast and friendly service from Mr Rooter was phenomenal. Technician Terry was extremely thorough and explained everything to me that he was doing. He was proactive on researching the possible problems and explained how I could do things differently to help out my plumbing. I watched the camera going through the lines and he explained what was going on. I’d never seen anything like that before…really eye opening. I chose Mr Rooter because of their location and availability; I’m sure glad I did, problem solved and I learned A LOT.

We don't often need a plumber, but when we do, Mr. Rooter is at the top of our list. Riko was very helpful and professional while performing the tasks of cleaning out our bathtub drain and checking the main sewer line, with a camera, for any problems regarding past recommendations. There were concerns, a few days later and Mr. Rooter set us up for a check. Scotty was very knowledgeable and diligent about fixing the issue that we were concerned about. Great Job, Mr. Rooter!

We can’t say enough good things about Mr. Rooter! We’ve had them come out to repair our water lines a couple of times in the past few years (they were not built with the best materials by the previous owner of our house) and Mr. Rooter staff were always friendly, flexible and knowledgeable.
