After describing my problem on the yelp platform it went out to several local plumbers that would be capable of resolving my particular plumbing issue. Within minutes I received a reply from Mr. Rooter Plumbing (“Mr. Rooter Plumbing” ,,what a name 😂👍). I am so impressed with the service from Mr. Rooter of Lakeland. From the initial email to the service provided, the company won over my uncertainty of seeking out a plumbing company. The answer to my request for a service call needed, through yelp, was the only one that actually felt personal and not a random automatic reply. When I called, the servicing agent, Alexis he listened to my concerns and worked on a plan acceptable to both of us. He followed through showing up on time, working diligently on the problem, and billing me with an amount that seemed very reasonable. All in all the experience removed all of my fears about finding a reputable company/plumber. I would definitely call Alexis at Mr. Rooter of Lakeland for any future plumbing needs. He definitely gained my trust.

We just had a tankless water heater installed and they were so professional. Able to come out same day to check and install next day when ready. Not only that but they were a much better price than any competitor we priced. After install was done they went above and beyond to help. Would highly recommend and use again.
