These guys did a great job! I had to have one of my main lines replaced and leaky galvanized steel pipes swapped out for PVC all the way to the main. The guys that did it were super professional and got the job done very quickly considering the scope. Highly recommend!

My tech was a guy named Luke and he was right on time for the scheduled appointment. We had two other plumbing companies come out before Mr Rooter and they said nothing could be done and they never bothered to look as we have a 59 year old house with galvanized pipes. Luke walked in and explained everything in detail what he could and couldn’t do and educated on the rights and wrongs to do with these old pipes. He didn’t guarantee it up front but he wound give it his best effort….and boom Mr Luke fixed it in a timely manner and was enthusiastic about making the homeowner happy with his effort. In the future I will look for and use this particular technician. A true technician! Thank you Luke and Mr Rooter we wish this company much success. FANTASTIC!

Great results!

Our water main to the street had ruptured and, unbeknownst to us, had filled our crawlspace with water. We already had been without water for a day and a half, because of a larger water main break in our neighborhood, when we learned of our own break late on a Friday afternoon. Mr. Rooter called me back Friday evening and was able to send someone out first thing Saturday to evaluate. They pinpointed the problem and were honest about options. They set up service for Monday, arrived on time and completed the job in less time than the original estimate. In addition, it involved digging a trench across my yard, and midway through I panicked because I did not remember to ask them not to bust up the sidewalk, move items, ruin the flower bed, etc. ... only to find, happily, that they had avoided all those things without me even saying anything. I was initially hesitant to call a "national franchise," but these guys did a great job, communication was timely, they clearly knew what they were doing, and I felt like the price was fair. Definitely would use again. I was reminded to write a review when I noticed their truck in my neighbor's driveway this morning.

Rhonda lined up a time for a 30 y.o. water heater replacement quickly and was helpful and friendly. Robert and Justin arrived on time and tackled a complex situation efficiently. The lead, Robert, was a good and knowledgeable problem solver who explained the process and materials in detail. We should be set to go for another 20+ years.

This is my second time to use Mr Rooter. First wz emergency for a mainline break which they hurried out to repair on a wknd. This time wz for leaking faucet under sink. Again repaired promptly and pleasantly. Will definitely continue to use this plumbing outfit.

I worked for Mr. Rooter for a few years and now that my career has taken me into project management I don't have the time to tackle some of the plumbing task I used to have time for so I call on Mr. Rooter, why you might ask for me its simple, they will provide you with a professional that's plumber with all the training to respect your home or business as well as a technician that's background checked for that extra piece of mind. If your looking for compare good luck it will be like comparing apples to oranges
