We had to have our main line snaked/drilled out. Scott first checked the line with the camera then drilled the line. He super nice, professional and very forthcoming with all the information he could furnish us. I know my plumbing system better now because of him. I used to use another plumbing company, but I've watched them become a giant over the years at the detriment of good service. Their technicians seem to be salesmen first and plumbers second. I am happy to find a new company for all my plumbing needs!

John the plumber was friendly, professional, and conscientious. He replaced an old sink and faucet, both of which were leaking. His price was fair and he worked efficiently replacing everything in about an hour. We were very happy with John and his work.

Really good experience with this firm. Communication was very good up to arrival of technican (received text messages when he was on his way). Jordan Tyler was knowledgeable, personable, and very professional. Pricing was fair and Jordan was thorough and explained everything he did. I will definitely use them again and can highly recommend Mr. Rooter based on my recent experience.

Although there was no more leaking visible, Scott did a thorough search of what could have caused the leak in the first place. He ran water for about 15 minutes both from the tub faucet and the shower, with no leaking visible. I chose to wait to see if it would occur again in the next few days before resorting to a more invasive exam. Scott was a very careful and courteous technician, mindful of not making a mess unnecessarily.

Jordan from Mr Rooter came the same day for a clog we had. They didn't charge extra for a same day visit, and there was no charge for the call out like some local plumbers. He had a great attitude and was very professional. He did an excellent job clearing my clog. I don't know how the cost compares to other companies, as we didn't shop around, but I don't think it was crazy. (though not cheap). Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service. Between the promptness with which they responded to friendly professional manner of Jordan, I couldn't ask for more.
