If I could leave higher than 5 stars I would!! Erron Butts was assigned to my case and he was the absolute best! He was so friendly, patient, and knowledgable-- he answered ALL of my many questions and was a joy to work with. I was even looking forward to him coming back the next day to scope the line out to the street. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who is in need of plumbing work, especially in a time crunch. My basement backed up on Sunday morning, they came out that same morning (about an hour later), and had a crew in to fix the issue the next day. Their estimate for the work was very reasonable and they didn't cut corners. In my opinion, Erron Butts needs to be the employee of the month (if not the year!). I am so incredibly thankful for his help and kindness toward me during a stressful time as a single homeowner. THANK YOU, ERRON! ♥️

Had a clog in the main pipe. They came out and got it resolved within an hour. Will be using them exclusively in the future.

We had a severe blockage in our kitchen drains. Mr. Rooter plumbers were able to come out the next day after calling them. They arrived early, were professional and friendly, and were able to clear the clog. We appreciated the immediate service and would likely call them again for any future issues.
