Awesome job. Called on Friday with a new sink and counter top install on Thursday and they were on it Monday woulda been Friday but caulking had to set so really great they were out Monday early to get us going. Very knowledgeable, informative and respectful. We would definitely call them anytime we have any plumbing concerns.

Anthony was out the day after I called, and did a thorough evaluation of my clogged laundry drain. He took care of the clog and made sure that the rest of the household drains were in order. He was a pleasure to work with, as was Steve in the office.

I had a water leak in the kitchen late in the day, freaked me out. It was one of a series of unfortunate events that day and I was losing it. I didnt know how to turn that particular device off. Steve very kindly and patiently walked me through how to do it, and the problem was solved until further help could get there. I really appreciated it.

Lonnie came out and was professional and worked on a plumbing issue another company was unable to fix. Lonnie was able to fix the issue without having to open a wall which was the only alternative. The price was fair and the work was exemplary. I will definitely use Mr Rooter for all plumbing needs going forward.

We had a great experience! We had a couple of toilets, a sink and various fixtures that needed replacing and they were very helpful in helping us with what we needed. They were fair with their pricing and I felt very honest. The two young men who did the work were very professional too. Also they were very prompt! I appreciate that.
