Cody came out and gave excellent service. Remodeling our home and getting ready to install a new water softener. Cody was able to listen and understand exactly what we were looking for. He gave us a few options with different price points for us to choose. Would definitely recommend you ask for Cody for any of your plumbing needs.
Cody did a great job. Drain line flows now. He was able to get here a little early and phoned ahead to make sure it was OK. I hope I get him next time I need to call.

Call Mr Rooter Plumbing with an emergency leak from a bad fixture. They dispatch a service truck within a couple of hours. Alex Smith arrived replaced both hot and cold fixtures very professionally. I highly.recommend Mr. Rooter plumbing and Alex.

When our sewer line started backing up into our house on a Sunday night, Mr. Rooter called back just minutes after my initial call. Two other plumbing companies never called back. Alex, Justin and the rest of the Mr. Rooter crew were a tremendous help not only with fixing issues on "our side" of the sewer line but were persistent with getting JEA to respond quickly when we discovered there was also an issue on the city's side of the sewer line. Although many plumbing companies in Jacksonville have raised their prices to the stratosphere, I found Mr. Rooter's prices to be very fair. I have hired Mr. Rooter before and will definitely hire them again.
