When our sewer line started backing up into our house on a Sunday night, Mr. Rooter called back just minutes after my initial call. Two other plumbing companies never called back. Alex, Justin and the rest of the Mr. Rooter crew were a tremendous help not only with fixing issues on "our side" of the sewer line but were persistent with getting JEA to respond quickly when we discovered there was also an issue on the city's side of the sewer line. Although many plumbing companies in Jacksonville have raised their prices to the stratosphere, I found Mr. Rooter's prices to be very fair. I have hired Mr. Rooter before and will definitely hire them again.
tech. was very informative about what was needed and why the repair needs to be done. i just can't afford the repair at this time.

Had a pipe break on a Sunday and they came out quickly to fix it. Easiest experience I have ever had when dealing with an emergency on the weekend. 10/10.

Alex came out and help me out with my problem, very efficient , they were in and out under an hour and very courteous. I knew up front exactly what the cost would be and very happy with the outcome!

I hired Mr. Rooter to replace my water heater. They gave me a great price, were able to put me on their schedule quickly, and Alex completed the job in around an hour. I will use this company for my future plumbing needs.

Alex was a great guy. Fixed my problem and taught me other things about my new house plumbing. Very friendly, efficient man. I had to offer him the use of my dock on his free time hours.

Between 2 AM and 6 AM on a Saturday, my water supply line broke. They had manager Allen Martin out here by 10 AM and fixed my supply quite quickly and for a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Alan saved the day. His experience allowed him to visualize the complex problem that was my new drain fitted to an old drain. He remodeled my undersink area and modernized the piping. No more drip!!! He turned the mess into the best! Thanks for the attentive service!
