SENIORS BEWARE! $460 to unplug my 86 year old dad's kitchen drain. It took him less than 15 min. Then he sold my dad a bottle of drain cleaner for $20. I gave a 5 star review because they have the ability to hide the one star reviews. I read your reply but what you wrote was not true. My dad was NOT given an estimate. He was shocked at the bill and said "Are you sure?" when he saw it. He would have gone to the store and bought a snake to clean his drain before giving you $460. You obviously didn't offer a senior discount or a service member discount because he is BOTH. Another false statement by you.

Charles Welch came out on short notice and was able to clear the drain fast. He was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend for any emergency plumbing needs.
