Rick was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He ran aline through the drain to clear today's problem and discussed future services we may need.

I had a sink back up at 6 pm. I called Mr. Rooter & they sent Noah & Raymond out to help me. They both gave their all to try & break the grease clog up. Finally, it gave enough to drain. Because their effort to get my pipes cleared up, I am going to have Mr Rooter come out next week to Hydroscrub the pipes so I never have this happen again. Thanks, Noah & Raymond.

Service was done quickly and the problem seems to have been resolved Service man was polite and friendly However the cost seemed a little pricey Hopefully no other problems arise

Mr Rooter came to the rescue. Within a week of purchasing a home we began to have plumbing blockage issues. Enter Matt from Mr. Rooter. He came out to clear the blockage and found our main line was almost completely blocked due to scale build up. Matt was clear and honest about what we were looking at as far as options. Adam from Mr Rooter arrived at my home shortly thereafter and provided the quote for a pretty large job. Adam reviewed financing options as we just purchased the home and cash flow was tight. The job was completed mostly in one afternoon, with some finishing touches the next day. This was MY error. I gave them very little notice and they still pulled together a crew (volunteered to come in on their day off), worked into the evening, and did a fanatic job. A big part of the confidence we felt was the fact Matt was there every minute of the job. He was a wonderful liaison between the work being done and communication with us. In fact they gave me so much confidence during that job I also had Matt install a Halo5 water conditioning system. (Highly recommend also!) These big costs are just part of home ownership. It’s never fun. Considering the justifiable cost of the project, the overall experience was actually pleasurable. Thank you, Matt. I cannot recommend Matt and Adam enough. I overheard Matt on the phone with Adam and the sentence “yeah, we need to do what is right for the customer” pretty much explains why I will go nowhere else. Thank you Matt, Adam, and the Mr Rooter Inland Empire Team! PS. Ask them about the 3 year plan the offer for a ridiculous cheap price. It saved me THOUSANDS on this job alone.

Raymond Rabago did an amazing job we loved the work he did for us! We had an emergency leakage in shower and when we called that night he came the next morning and started working immediately! He was a perfectionist, he worked so hard to get it done in a day. Definitely recommend 100 out of 100. Thank you Raymond.

Richard and Adam were absolutely amazing. They were so honest, polite and answered every question I had. Richard came in with his partner and they fixed my plumbing issues within 20 minutes. Very satisfied with the visit, would definitely recommend
