Adam with Mr. Rooter came out and cleared the drain pipe. Couldn't be happier with the timeliness and professionalism of the tech and the company.

I had a huge water bill. I called Mr. Rooter and they came within a half hour. They founnd the problem fixed it in no time.

We needed a total gut and replace in our crawlspace for all of our plumbing, both the incoming and drain lines. It felt like a daunting task for us. Mr. Rooter, specifically our Technician, Robby; went above and beyond to provide us with up-to-date products and worked several days to complete the project. After the foundation work was complete, Robby made sure to return to make sure the foundation workers did not damage our plumbing work. He is a fantastic plumber! Now 2024. Wouldn't you know it, 2 drains that didn't do what they were suppose to. We let it go, hoping baking soda and vinegar would remedy it. Nope. Then I broke the outside faucet. And we have one that never worked for the past 10 yrs. It was time! Called Mr. Rooter again, asked if we could get someone out, and I expected it would be a week or more. NOPE. 1 day. Our plumber came out, gave it a once over, made some good suggestions for frost free spigot outside, and he showed up the next day! Work was done, everything works, and I can use my new hoses this summer! Thanks again Mr. Rooter!

The Tech (Michael) arrived as scheduled. Michael was professional and courteous. He wasn't annoyed by my questions. He quoted repair and replace options, which was very helpful to me. Mr. Rooter has remained honest with fair pricing over the years, which is why I always choose them when a plumbing problem arises..
