Jerome came out this morning to do my annual inspection. I also had a couple of other issues to have him look at. The other issues- main bath shower valves and the kitchen bath toilet that the ‘flapper’ was sticking.The shower valves needed replacement & unfortunately a pipe going to them was very corroded and broke off. Jerome went into ‘beast mode’ to figure out a way to ‘cap off the pipe’ til the new ordered part arrived, while leaving the water to my house on. Jerome was a true professional and figured out a temporary fix for me. Very grateful to Jerome!

I was able to make an appointment the same day..the receptionist called me a couple of times to check avilailibility and update me on the arrival time. They did the job within 45 minutes..not sure if it s the cheapest but I didn't call many companies to check..they cleared my sink and checked and gave re commendation for maintenance..
