I needed a plumber and decided to go to google search to find one. I found Mr. Rooter and called them immediately. The answered, asked me a few questions and scheduled my appointment. Steven, the plumber was very respectful and did his job, communicated from the beginning to the end, always keeping me posted. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would not hesitate to call them again or forward their number to a friend.

Jerome came out this morning to do my annual inspection. I also had a couple of other issues to have him look at. The other issues- main bath shower valves and the kitchen bath toilet that the ‘flapper’ was sticking.The shower valves needed replacement & unfortunately a pipe going to them was very corroded and broke off. Jerome went into ‘beast mode’ to figure out a way to ‘cap off the pipe’ til the new ordered part arrived, while leaving the water to my house on. Jerome was a true professional and figured out a temporary fix for me. Very grateful to Jerome!
