We have an old house with old plumbing. The first plumbing company we called wanted to open the walls first. We then called Mr Rooter and Shayea Korin did a wonderful job replacing the faucet in our Landry room. In the Bathroom, Shayea diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and fixed the leak without opening the tiled wall. We are very pleased.

Thank you, Mr. Rooter for quickly repairing our broken sewer line and installing a sewer lateral at the same time. When our toilet became clogged, there was no time to think about who to use, get estimates, etc. We called Mr. Rooter and they were here the next day. Over a two-and-a-half day period, we dealt with Shayea, Alfredo, Erick, Orlan, Joaquin and Fransly. A very nice group of hard-working professionals who worked tirelessly in the cold and the rain to get our toilet back up and running. We appreciated their attention to detail and their ability to get the job done as quickly as they did. We will definitely call on them again if and when we have plumbing needs in the future. Great service

due to backed up pipe from house to sewer, the downstairs toilets and bathtub backed up. ...on Easter Sunday... I contacted Mr.Rooter and had someone out about two hours later in which the technician/plumber resolved the issue. In addition to timeliness, courtesy and technical expertise they cane back out and did a full visual inspection to see the extent of the damage causing the issue... 100 year old pipes finally gave way to roots, etc. I fully extend my recommendation for Mr.Rooter if you have a plumbing issue!

We had a bit of an emergency with a sewer pipe clogged. They responded right away and had someone out within hours who was able to fix the problem. Very happy with the experience overall.

called them off hours for an absolute emergency. Lance arrived in about an hour after he called to let me know the exact time. He took a good hour to unstick our main drainage to the sewer. Found many blockages and surveyed for a bid to repair. great job all around.
