Ran into an emergency repair situation late last night with a cracked pipe. The call center had someone quickly assigned to help. We were able to get the situation under control enough to push the visit to the next day. The office called first thing in the morning to confirm our availability and we had Ronnie over at our house less than 30 minutes later. He quickly surveyed the issue and fixed our pipe. Great customer service and quick with the repair.

Dallas and Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greenville saved the day! They provided same day service clearing a main line, which wasn't an easy task, and got the plumbing flowing again. They were extremely courteous and professional, explained everything they found and what they could do to repair it, before beginning the repair. There were no hidden or extra fees from what they quoted. And the repair was completed in a few hours. I appreciate their work and would highly recommend them to family and friends.
