I discovered a last minute major plumbing issue right before my vacation. The Mr Rooter dispatch team sent me a technician in less than 1 hour. Ronnie showed up and in less than 20 minutes provided me a quote and scheduled the appointment for the following day. Ronnie worked very professionally and took care of the issue with minimum disruption to my day describing all the findings, and the steps. The issue was resolved in less than 24 hours since discovery. I absolutely recommend Ronnie and Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greenville.

No business owner likes to reach out to a vendor on Friday at 5pm, however Mr. Rooter not only responded promptly to the call, they actually sent someone out within hours to take care of our property and more specifically an individual apartment home.
