Josh was absolutely amazing. He did everything he could to get us back up and running as soon as possible. He worked in the rain and was still so professional and friendly. He explained everything, answered all my questions and gave me back peace of mind. This is the second or third time we’ve had Mr. Rooter out to a 65 year old house and they have always been able to remedy the situation. Can’t say enough great things about Mr. Rooter and Josh. I called Mr. Rooter due to a leak in my toilet and constant drip from my sink. Dallas was dispatched to my house. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and work ethic. He notified me when he was on his way and was on time. He was patient about my many questions and gave me options. Dallas went above and beyond, which is rare. I will be requesting Dallas from now on as my new plumber.

I called Mr. Rooter, and they had a professional at my door within 2 hours. There were a few unexpected problems when fixing the issue, but Dallas was able to figure it out. More importantly Dallas took his time and did it right. Great service at a great value. I would highly recommend.
