My septic tank pump stops working. Mr. Rooter sent the worker promptly upon my call for service. They identified the problem and fixed the float switch. A job well done.

Old sewer line was falling apart. Mr Rooter did an excellent job of putting in a new line from house to street. Also replaced old toilet with higher water efficient model.

This is my second time to Mr. Rooter and they are very professional and kind! Mr. Eric didn’t give up and even waited after me paying my bill to communicate with the other sewer company the situation. The first time I used them it was in a Saturday and the technician stayed till dark. They informed before doing anything and followed through on all work. I really Wish all repair services were this professional and honest !
