The day before my sons graduation party, I noticed water on the floor by the water heater. I called 2 local companies who I see advertise on my local TV channel. One was 4 days to come and the other was a week later to come out. We are a family and can't go that long without hot water. I called Mr. Rooter, who started off with great customer service on the phone. She told me a driver was available to come out shortly to look and after determining the unit was shot, he got a new one and installed it same day. I am grateful they were able to accomodate us since we had so much already going on. I will call Mr. rooter first for any plumbing issues.

Water heater replacement starts at $625, he added a vacuum valve for $45 Hooking up the vanity $400, toilet valve replacement $300.

Fast, efficient, professional, competent. They came to my rescue while my house was flooding from a burst pipe! There are no words that describe how happy I am for this company saving my house from a bigger disaster. The fire dept could not even tell where the shut off was for the water or where the leak was. It took Mr. Rooter plumber about 5 minutes to assess. Come up and talk to me and get started. They will be my number one call from now on. I love this company they earned my loyalty.

I was without heat. Called Mr Rooter and got a response almost immediately. Furnace was repaired the next day and I have heat.If you have a problem call Mr Rooter FIRST
