Mr. Rooter is the best plumbling company ever. They come quickly even the same day if possible. Work is done well. Professional respectful, kind service. Clean up done just like the work that is done PERFECTLY. I want to recognize their 2 employees for giving this kind of service: Cody for replacing the water heater and taking care of all the up to date requirements for this to be done even offering to help me give me help to find an electrician for that part of the required service to meet today's required codes. The water heater that was offered for purchase is more efficient which will cut my bills down too. Then on another trip coming here to fix the leaking toilet, he analyzed the cause of the problem but also answered my questions I asked so I could wisely decide what to do to prevent future problems. The toilet now is not leaking and he was so experienced at doing this work that it was done so quickly. The next employee is Eli, who replaced the kithen faucet and the much needed related other replacements. He first analyzed the problems and let me know the options to take care of the all the needs that were involved and this made less plumbing problems for later and easier for me now plus gave knowledge of the use of the new cut off valves for my house making it easier for me. All work was done excellently and clean up taken care of by him.

Hunter and Trevor came out to help us with several issues, including a leaking water heater. They explained every step of their repairs as well as all available options and helped us with the cost as much as they could. They spent an entire work day at our house and were extremely professional throughout. I am so grateful for their hard work. We have used Mr Rooter for other big jobs at our home and will continue to use them as our main plumbers. Highly recommend.

Andy came out on a Sunday afternoon and worked quickly to diagnose our problem. He explained the options for fixing our issue and worked through a difficult job to make sure my family and I could get ready for school and work normally in the morning. Very thankful he came out!

Great service. Terrific scheduling, they called 1 hour before and sent a picture of the staff so we knew who to expect. They showed up on time and worked quickly to address the issue. Once the issue was resolved they did a great job cleaning up the mess, even more than what they had created. Would highly recommend them and will use again should there be a need. Great professional company and staff.
