Mr. Rooter of Greater Indianapolis Lets Love Flow this Holiday Season with Free Service Surprises for Customers
‘Tis the season of holiday generosity and Mr. Rooter Plumbing is going above and beyond to spread extra cheer to the people they serve all year-round. Through its national Let it Flow campaign, unsuspecting, randomly selected customers will be delighted with a holiday surprise when their Mr. Rooter Plumbing technician reveals that their service will be free of charge.
“The holidays are a busy time of year for everyone. It is also an opportunity to give back in ways that are personal and meaningful,” said Bob Gallup, Owner & President of Mr. Rooter of Greater Indianapolis. “We know that there is never a good time for a plumbing emergency. But the holidays could quite possibly be one of the worst times to need a plumber, so we wanted to surprise our customers by taking some of the financial burden a plumbing disaster could present from their hands.”
On 12/23/15 our plumbing technicians arrived at several customer homes and provided the courteous service for which Mr. Rooter Plumbing is known. Once completed, the technician adorned in a Santa hat, handed a reveal card to the customer, delivering the news that their service came at no cost to them. “We want to take some of the stress and financial hardship off our customers so they can focus on what really matters: spending time and creating memories with their friends and family during this holiday season,” added Gallup.
