Prompt, honest and friendly service. Joshua was very knowledgeable and helpful with multiple options to service our septic system. I had called another company first, but Mr. Rooter had a special $95 drain clean-out which was $70 cheaper than the other company. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter

Cody, Colton & Tyler were very thorough when my water backed up. Cody came out first to assess the situation and gave me the facts, very efficient estimate and helped me navigate the on line paperwork and payment options. Next afternoon Cody, Colton & Tyler came out and made hands! Each tech was very knowledgeable and conscientious of their work. They were all friendly and professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and staff.

They got here and was very kind. They did the job and found a root ball that they broke up. The tree has broke the line that they will be repairing in the next yr. They said my lines into the house are in great shape. Love my tree in front yard, but it has caused a few issues. So i will need to get roots cut and line from house fixed. Mr. Rooter did a fantastic job and i highly recommend them if you need service for your water/sewer lines.

I am so thankful for Mr. Rooter, I had a really bad water leak and no one I called around my home town could get to it but Mr. Rooter came out the same day and gave us a quote , they had a busy schedule but worked us in two days later and got it fixed. Cody came to repair my shower, and I was so worried things would not be ready in time for when my husband would be home from battling cancer. Cody assured me that everything would be taken care that day and repaired and he was right. Very kind and got things done quickly.
