Backed up kitchen sink on a Sunday - I took apart the trap to see what the problem was, but it wasn’t there. Jason (Mr Rooter :) ) came out and determined the problem was deeper in the wall, cleaned it out fast, and problem solved! Jason was very professional and friendly - would highly recommend!

I contacted Mr. Rooter for a simple yet urgent matter. While we were inspecting the over-head feed pipes, drain pipes and shut-off valves in my basement several other matters were exposed. Imagine my amazement when Chad said he could have them all repaired/replaced before he finished for the day. And he did.

I contacted Mr. Rooter after I had made several unsuccessful attempts to clear the pipes leading from my kitchen sink. To be honest, I called someone else first, but they were unable to come for another 4 days. Eric with Mr Rooter was at my home in less than 2 hours and promptly went to work on my drain. The job was completed within 30 minutes and I was a happy camper. Thank you Eric & partner. I’m so grateful I found you.
