Mr. Rooter recently replaced our cast iron piping from the foundation, through to the street sewer line & came up with a solution that avoided digging under our AC unit. The team did a great job cleaning the site (neighbor's driveway) & the total time from estimate to completion was ~10 days.

Our hot water heater stopped working after 15 years. Curtis was able to come out the same day, not as an emergency, and help us get our hot water back working. He was very professional and did an excellent job.

He was professional, courteous, thorough in his work and explained things to me as needed. He used drop cloths to protect my floors and a shop vac at the end of the job. I received a detailed receipt of the work performed and Curt made sure I had no further questions at the end.
