Amazing experience! When our toilet started gurgling I scheduled an appt. late at night for a couple days out and was texted right back with a sooner day. I was updated throughout on who my technician was and where they were along the way. Sebastian and his brother got to work and immediately found the issue...blocked main drain pipe...not a fun task at all. After getting down to about 3' he arranged a professional dig to come out and handle the remaining 4'. Yes, the break was 7' down. Sebastian contacted me throughout to let me know what was happening. They came back out after the dig and replaced all the damaged pipes and fitting. They were so great to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable, and just plain fun to talk to. The site was cleaned up and all the old fittings removed. Dig company came the next morning and filled back in the hole seamlessly. Mr. Rooter of Frisco and Sebastian made a dreadful job painless. Will definitely be my first call in the future. Thanks guys!!!

Where to start...Working with Mr R of Frisco was an awesome experience from start to finish. Within minutes of submitting a request for service and pricing, I was contacted. We setup a time and they arrived on time and presented a very professional approach. They listened to what I was trying to accomplish and instead of trying to steer me in different directions, they just answered my questions which I really appreciated. I evaluate proposals for a living, so i have an odd way of gathering data to make a decision....and honest, simple answers are the key. Their pricing was very competitive, but most important for me, they are locally owned Frisco business and they live in Frisco. This is always my first choice. I joke that working with people I am likely to run into at the grocery store, gives me a better feeling. We worked through terms and pricing...it was very simple and straight forward . Nothing confusing. No shell game. We scheduled the service. Again, on time and ready to work. The work (new hot water heater) was done very quickly and professionally. They were working just outside my home office and hardly noticed them. Because this is a family business I got to talk to a couple of different people and everyone was awesome to work with, and the very reason I try and work with local companies. We all make our decisions based on our own criteria, but I can't think of a single reason to select another company. I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Mr Rooter!!!
