I called on a Sunday morning desperate after RotoRooter came & then didn’t come back. I don’t recall the ladies name on the phone but she was very understanding and helpful! Mark showed up within 2 hours and cleared everything up!! He was super friendly as well. Very pleased with their services!!

Called for a plumbing leak issue and the Amir was out same day (actually came early) and completed it within an hour or so. Very professional and upfront pricing. Cleaned the work area and was courteous. Will call again when I need plumbing work.

Our water heater was leaking, and Mr. Rooter helped us cut the water off and was out to fix the problem within a couple hours! The pro was very professional, uniformed, and polite. Would definitely have Mr. Rooter back out to our home!
