Excellent customer service, professional & reasonably priced. I used them for the first time yesterday and will never go back to my previous plumber. They started to hook me when I called and they answered like this: "Who do I have the pleasure of talking to?" Call me old fashioned, but I yearn for customer service and professionalism. They showed up the same day, on time, cleared my clogged sewer drain with no problem and then charged me for less than expected. Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Franklin County knocked it out of the park from start to finish.

I had a drain backup in my basement, Zach was able to come out and get it unclogged. He had Jeremiah come out with the camera to see what might be the issue. I knew from previously that I had tree roots growing in the pipe line. He discussed options to fix it and gave me a quote same day. He was very knowledgeable about the types of pipes that were used in my house and yard (I have an older home). They also cleaned up after themselves, which I appreciate as I didn't have to clean up after them, unlike another service I had used previously.

This was Zack’s second visit to our home. The first time he was in training. He came in looked at what we had going on and got right to work. After he cleaned the drain, he tested it by pouring a couple buckets of water down it. He was friendly, courteous, and kind. We have always had great luck with Mr. Rooter. Always a quick turnaround.
