Called homeserv with an emergency plumbing issue. They dispatched Mr.Rooter and they showed up within an hour an a half of my call. They stayed all day until job was done. Explained everything throughout the process on what he was doing and what the problems were. Very impressed would use again. Joe was the service tech They sent out he did a wonderful job would request him again and again! A big thanks to Joe and Mr.Rooter you definitely saved the day!

Jake came out and fixed the train wreck of a kitchen plumbing. The original plumbing was all wrong, so not only did he get everything working correctly, he gave us tips and tricks on how to maintain them. He was super cool to talk to also. You’re in good hands with Jake.

Brian the technician that came out on Saturday and tried to get my line open was great. Unfortunately the line had a major issue. They sent Brian out first thing Monday morning and they dug up my line and repaired it, installed a needed clean out. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone needing sewer line work.
We had an issue with our toilet and Shael came out the next day and got everything working again.

Jake and Cory were ABSOLUTELY fantastic. They knew exactly what they were saying and doing. Showed me every step of the way what they were doing and why, and could back it up with reality instead of fear mongering like the other three companies I talked to about my sewer backup. Fixed it in less than an hour where other companies demanded I needed a full replacement upwards of $6-7k. He showed me where they were wrong and why.
