Although my service request was outside of normal business hours, on Sunday, that warranted addtional costs, sometimes it is worth it. Case, our technician, arrived later than scheduled, but another customer's need required more time and he was nearby. Honestly, just having him arrive and complete the work within a short amount of time just before the holidays was well worth it. The guarantee and check back within the next few days was also reassuring. He provided additional information regarding other work we envisioned, so we are very satisfied.

Jake came out and fixed the train wreck of a kitchen plumbing. The original plumbing was all wrong, so not only did he get everything working correctly, he gave us tips and tricks on how to maintain them. He was super cool to talk to also. You’re in good hands with Jake.

Brian the technician that came out on Saturday and tried to get my line open was great. Unfortunately the line had a major issue. They sent Brian out first thing Monday morning and they dug up my line and repaired it, installed a needed clean out. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone needing sewer line work.
