I called Mr. Rooter to see if snaking my drain would alleviate the problem of white spots on our clothes. Fernando came out, was very polite and after taking a look at the drain, determined that would not take care of the problem. It was nice to have a company not try to sell you a service that you didn’t need after coming out to do a free estimate.

Fernando was very knowledable and had suggestions to try to solve problem. I would def feel comfortable having Fernando fix our issues again in the future. He is also a very nice and respectful person.

MR. Rooter responded to an emergency call and they came next morning at 8am promptly which we appreciated very much. The team did a good job in clearing a storm drain in our yard.yard. Thank you!

Quick service scheduled on the weekend. Very friendly and knowledgeable plumber. The problem was quickly solved and given an estimate for another job for a sink upgrade.

We had a leaking pipe and was able to get service within 24 hours and they came and finished the job very quickly. They were also very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They didn’t even mind (too much!) my insanely loud dogs!

Great job! The guys came to my house fairly quickly after I called. Gary and Willen were extremely knowledgable and professional. I would absolutely recommend Mr Rooter and Gary and Willen to anyone that needs a plumber. It was great value too.
