Mr. Hernandez was very thorough, knowledgeable in offering alternative solutions to correct existing problems. Be prepared for an expensive job. That is the only downside to my experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Otherwise they are the people to call.

I highly recommend this company! The receptionist's customer service skills are amazing and the plumber himself is great - very personable and knows what he is doing. Fixed the problem in no time. I would definitely hire them again!

I called first thing in the morning and they were able to send someone out same day. Gilbert was very polite, friendly and professional. He explained why we were having the issues we did and how it needed to be fixed. He answered all of my questions to the best of his ability. Once the job was finished he cleaned up after himself as if he was never here. Will definitely call again in the future if we have another issue arise.
