Called Mr Rooter because our kitchen sink was backing up and they came out the next morning and fixed my problem and told me exactly what the issue was and how they were resolving it. They were very nice and knowledgeable

My toilets were backed up. I contacted Mr Rooter and they arrived in a timely fashion. They diagnosed the problem and went straight to work. Every step of the way Enrique Coronado and Adam Zalewski explained everything in detail. Once the job was completed they even assured me to contact them if any problem were to come up. I highly recommend Mr Rooter.

I had an unfortunate plumbing issue in my bathroom. I made a call and in less than an hour I had Nathaniel C at my house. It took him 10 minutes to completely clear my plumbing and get things back to normal! He was professional and clean. I really appreciate the service and speed. Mr Rooter will be my go to for any future problems!

My poor grandma spent all day cooking dinner for us and after we were all finished eating and preparing to wash dishes, we noticed that the sink was clogged. One thing my grandma cannot do, is go to sleep with a dirty kitchen. We looked for a 24/7 plumber and found Mr Rooter! Nathan showed up within twenty minutes and took such good care of us! He cleared out her drain and spent time walking us through the whole process so we could understand what happened and how we were going to fix it. Thank you so much for coming out here and giving my grandma a peace of mind! ☺️

These guys were fantastic! Richard came out initially and unfortunately was unable to pass the camera past the clog in my drain (my showers had backed up and flooded the bathrooms.) I had to have the whole crew come out with the water jet blaster thing. They spent hours trying to get this clog problem resolved. They did mention there were a lot of wipes in the pipes so fyi, flushable wipes really shouldn’t be flushed!! Eventually they got it unblocked! Richard was awesome. He was very polite and kept me informed of the problems and progress! His co-workers Gabriel, Noel, and Jose (JR) were also great. Very professional and friendly and they solved my issue on the same day it occurred!! I definitely would recommend their service for your plumbing problems!

Thank you to Darryl Van Dyke from Mr. Rooter! We had a leak in our sleep center. Our floor was wet and had spread to several rooms. He checked until he found the source which wasn’t a pipe or a slab it was the landscape irrigation system. The damage could have been worse. Thank you!!
